Centre (residential / non residential) : International camp in the
centre “Horizon Nature” situated in the Amblève valley, in the heart of the Stoumont forest. Its major advantages: huge enclosed grounds with playing fields for football, basketball and volleyball, multipurpose classrooms, full board in comfortable bedrooms for 4; separate floors for girls and boys.
3hrs of language classes + 3hrs of activity (choose one for the week)
for the sport fans: horse riding / sport-adventure
Residential: from Sunday 3 p.m. to Saturday 11 a.m. Full board.
Non residential: from Monday to 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (Child-minding from 8.15 a.m.) Bring your picnic.

Dutch

Our teachers teach their mother tongue to children and teenagers in a lively way.
The active method that targets oral communication is the most natural way to learn a new language.

• 3-5 years old: Learning occurs naturally through games, music, songs, body language, theater plays etc...
• 6-11 years old: The target language is approached through everyday life situations and through topics in relation to their interests, favorite characters, games and other enriching activities, etc...
• 12-18 years old: We focus on language skills improvement aiming their future success. Their areas of interest according to their age and maturity and debates on actual themes are gradually integrated to boost the oral skills.

Sport-Adventure
3 hrs language +
Sport-Adventure: 3hrs of varied activities for adventurers: trekking games, treasure hunts, discovery of nature, aquatic games,...
The activity instructions are usually in French.

You will receive the Centre coordinator's phone number at your arrival.

Arrival & Departures
Students will be welcomed on Sunday at 3 pm. There is a meal provided on Sunday evening.
We request thet you hand the completed medical form and the SIS card of  your child to the centre coordinator on arrival.

Departure will be at 11 am on Saturday. Participants will remain the responsibility of the monitors until this time.
There is no lunch for the last day.

Drinks & other snacks.
We request parents not to give too musch pocket money: an amount of 2€25,00 is quite sufficient buying postage stamps, extra drinks and small souvenirs.
The children will can get additional drinks and snacks bars. Personal cards of €7,00 giving right 10 consumption are sold the first day of training course. This is to avoid any loss of money.

Valuable articles
The mp3's, game consoles, cellphones, etc. are not very useful during the camp and thus remain better at house!
The rooms are not closed with a key. At the beginning og training course, the centre coordinator will collect the wallets and the cellphones of all the participants. The children will  have access to them at regular moments during their free time.
The organizers are not responsible in case of theft or for loss of objects.

Insurance
KJC insurance covers all accidents during courses.

Cancellation of non-residential courses and residential courses in Euro Space Center & Stoumont
An enrolment form sent by e-mail, fax or letter is considered as FIRM and DEFINITE even if the payment has not yet been made. All courses are due before the start of all courses and in its entirety.
Any cancellation must be made by e-mail or in writing.

In case of cancellation there will be an administrative charge:
   * more thant 30 days before the course: no charge
   * from 30 to 14 days before the course: 25 €
   * from 14 to 7 days before the course: 50 €
   * less than 7 days before the start of the course or during the course: total amount is to be paid.

These fees are payable for all courses reserved by sending the registration form or by telephone:
   * for a course already paid: reimbursement of the difference
   * for a course not yet paid: you will be invoiced for the administrative fees, which must be paid.

Reimbursement of the course (or that part of the course) not taken : only on presentation of a medical certificate if you have taken out and already paid for cancellation insurance (3% of the course price):

Payment reminder
All payment reminder will give rise to an administrative charge of 50 € as well as late-payment interest at 12%.
