Practical information

First day arrival

Please check your route to the centre in advance to ensure arriving on time: 8h45 at the latest in all centres but 9h15 for Laeken.

Reception and child-minding

Activities fom 9 am. to 4 pm. (Laeken: 9.30 am. to 4.30 pm.)

Strict schedule!


Division into groups according to age and level with a maximum of 10 children or adolescents per group.

Open Classes

In order to assess your child’s progress at the end of this language camp week, we would like to invite you to attend the last 30 minutes of the afternoon course on Friday from 3.30 pm to 4.00 pm. (from 4.00 to 4.30 in Laeken: Royal Primerose Club)

Transport or activities outside the club

The majority of the language classes and activities take place onsite.
If travel off-site is required for specific activities, we will organise shuttles, possibly using public transport but with appropriate supervision.
MATERIAL TO BRING (12-18 yrs - LSI) : STIB travel pass or 10-trip card.

Meet with the teachers

You can meet the teachers from 8:45 a.m. to 9 a.m. or 4 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. (add 30 mins for the classes at Laeken).

Meals and snacks

Refer to the list of courses or the list of the centres for details. When a meal is indicated, it refers to a hot dish, a cold buffet or a picnic.
To be ordered when enrolling but paid in cash on the 1st day to the center.
The children must bring their snacks with them. For LSI, there is a drink machine available.


Multisports: tracksuit, sports shoes, swimming hat and costume (shorts not allowed), towel
Tennis: tennis shoes + white tennis clothes and racket (free loan possible)
Horse riding: rubber boots (any kind), riding cap (loan possible)
Swimming + scuba diving: swimming hat and costume (shorts not allowed), towel
Football, circus, dance, gymnastics: normal sports outfit
Cooking, art for the 6-12 yr olds: an apron or dad's old shirt
